When you write to us, we receive your name, email address, dates and message. They are only used to reply to you and kept for at most three years after our last exchange. They are never sold or shared, except with the Idylliq concierge service if your request concerns a booking.

Bookings

Bookings are made on the Idylliq website, which applies its own privacy policy.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. Only with your consent, we use Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) to measure visits and clicks on “Book”. These cookies (_ga, _ga_*) last at most 13 months.

Your choice is stored in your browser for 6 months. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of each page.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and object to its processing, by writing to us. You can also contact the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
