Two 140 × 190 cm beds side by side, on the ground floor. Upstairs, each of the three suites has its own bathroom, and every bedroom has premium French-made bedding.
A quiet house, for families.
- The longère welcomes families, and groups of friends looking for a quiet stay, ideally with their children.
- Parties are not allowed, and the house is not let to groups of young adults: the hamlet is peaceful, and we want it to stay that way.
More than twelve?
Other gîtes can be rented in Armentières-sur-Avre, including one in the same hamlet of Le Bois Massot. For a larger family gathering, you can book one alongside ours and keep everyone close together.

How many guests can stay?
Up to 12: four bedrooms with a large bed (three 160 × 200 cm beds and one 180 × 200 cm king bed) and a children’s room with two 140 × 190 cm beds, planned for four children.
Can we hold a party?
No. Parties are not allowed, and the house is not let to groups of young adults. It is made for quiet family stays.
Can a group of friends book?
Yes, quiet groups of friends are welcome, especially with their children: two or three families who are friends, for instance.
Can we cook for twelve?
Yes: a six-burner range cooker, three ovens, two fridges and a dishwasher. Twelve can eat together in the dining room or under the covered terrace, with a charcoal barbecue.
We are more than twelve: what can we do?
Other gîtes can be rented in Armentières-sur-Avre, including one in the same hamlet of Le Bois Massot. You can book one alongside ours so that everyone has a bed: write to us and we will point you to them.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is on site.
What is the minimum stay?
