Booking and concierge
The house is managed by Idylliq, a concierge service that handles bookings, welcomes you, and takes care of linen and cleaning.
The “Book” button opens the Idylliq website, where you choose your dates. The house is also listed on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, with the same calendar.

1 hr 30 from Porte de Saint-Cloud, on the A13, the A12 and then the N12 to Verneuil-sur-Avre, then 12 minutes to the hamlet. Parking on site.
Alternative route via the Pont de Sèvres: the N118 towards Vélizy, the A86 towards Versailles, then the N12 towards Dreux.

- About 1 hr by direct train from Paris-Montparnasse to Verneuil-sur-Avre. The station is a 12-minute drive from the house.

- Six outdoor cameras watch the grounds around the house; there are none indoors, and they can be switched off on request.

Up to 12. Four bedrooms have a large bed (three 160 × 200 cm queen beds and one 180 × 200 cm king bed), and the children’s room has two 140 × 190 cm beds, planned for four children.
What is the minimum stay?

How do I book?
Directly on the website of our concierge service, Idylliq, with the “Book” button. The house is also listed on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo (Abritel); availability is the same everywhere.
Are linen and cleaning included?
Idylliq provides bed linen and bath towels, and takes care of the end-of-stay cleaning.
How do check-in and check-out work?
Idylliq sends you the arrival times and instructions after booking, together with the house guide.
Are pets allowed?
Not at the moment.
Is the house suitable for young children?
Yes: a children’s room, board games, Kapla blocks, children’s books, table tennis, Mölkky and pétanque. Baby equipment (cot, high chair) is available on request when you book.
Can I work from the house?
Yes. The house has very high-speed fibre (1.5 Gbit/s down and 900 Mbit/s up), wifi throughout the house, and two desks: one in the workshop, facing the garden, the other upstairs in the Junior Suite.
Is there a ground-floor bedroom?
Yes. The Deluxe Room with its shower room, the children’s room and a toilet are on the ground floor. The three suites are upstairs, each with its own access.

Six outdoor cameras watch the grounds around the house. There are none indoors, and they can be switched off on request.
How do I get there?
By car, 1 hr 30 from Porte de Saint-Cloud: take the N12 to Verneuil-sur-Avre, then drive 12 minutes. By train, direct services from Paris-Montparnasse reach Verneuil-sur-Avre in about an hour.
